The one challenge they are facing is that they are looking for road train drivers. One challenge is that the laws have recently changed in WA and it appears that UK licences are ok for semis etc but will need ayears experience for the bigger stuff on minesites. I have spoken with some companies here and they appear to be prepared to sponsor but there is more competition for the jobs.
