Decree absolute - I have this and it has been certified by a police officer. Can anyone forsee a problem with this? chouse Posted April 24, 2016 Share Posted April 24, 2016 Police officers are fine and you wouldn't really need to have it verified if you uploaded it as a colour scan, sometimes you might be asked to get it certified if the colour scan isn't satisfactory so I wouldn't worry about that.
