MikeyStalker
So I'm currently working as a Maintenance Assistant Team Leader, in a power station, but have started the process of getting my skills assessment sorted as a Fitter (323211). An opportunity has arisen for me to become a full time Team Leader but I'm wondering where I'd stand if I accepted it? Am I right in thinking that I only need to be working as a Fitter for 12 of the 36 months leading upto my invitation? Part of me is thinking don't bother incase it effects my application but the other part is thinking of my pension and incase my application is refused. Liam13
You need to speak to a registered agent who can advise you.. i dont see why a promotion would effect anything. Your still gaining valuable experience providing its within that area..cant help you with the experience question. I was asked to show 2 years post apprenticeship experience as an electrician but could be different for yourself
