dave9317
Hi all, I was recently granted a 189 Skilled Migration Visa, during the process I had to declare any significant medical conditions. I declared a condition for which I received a course of treatment (medication) a few years back. I'm still in the UK and this condition may have returned, I might have to go back on the prescription for a year or so. If so; Will this effect my visa in anyway? Do I need to inform them that my health status has changed? What about getting the prescription in Aus? Sorry for all the questions and thanks for any help! Dave. wrussell
From what you have posted, your medical issue will have no effect on your visa.
dave9317
Thanks, I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem if my health had changed before the medical, i'd have got the visa still but I guess I though it might be necessary to be re-assessed or something. I suppose the visa was granted on my status then I could be in Aus now anyway! Cheers
