I'm an Australian, my husband is British. We applied for partner visa 309 in March 2015 (online). All the documents have been sent, medical done, police check done. Now we wait! Does anyone know how they get in touch to say we've been accepted? I'm checking emails and Immi account every day! Is there another step between all documents sent and visa issue? I'm hoping our case is simple enough...!! No kids, no family, just us two. would be interested to hear how other people are going with it all. Sandy.
