Subclass 100 exemption to 104 week waiting period

I'm just re-writing this with links to let people know that the subclass 100 Partner Visa grants an exemption to the 104 week waiting period to make claims to certain payments from Centrelink.

below are the links to the humanservices pages that list these exemptions and also a list of items i brought in my own (successful) application for Newstart:

http://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/enablers/newly-arrived-residents-waiting-period

List of documents I brought in order to make a claim:

Passport.

Birth Certificate.

Marriage Certificate.

Drivers Licence.

Bank Statement.

Medicare Card.

Bank (Debit) Card.

VEVO printout from the immi.gov.au website.

Visa Grant PDF from immigration officer.

I just hope that this post can help others in a way that i couldn't be helped due to lack of understanding / clarification of the information and entitlements at Humanservices.gov.au and through general lack of experience of previous members of the site. (not everyone moving to a new country, myself included, actually want to be in a position where it's necessary to claim welfare).
