Andrew from Vista Financial
Hello With changes that have occurred this year it is not possible to transfer out of an NHS Pension now (unless to a safeguarded pension which Oz does not offer) and therefore the pension will remain with the NHS. It will effectively become frozen but this is not quite how it sounds, your accrued benefits as at your date of leaving will increase with indexation (CPI) annually to keep pace with the cost of living and be paid to you at the schemes normal pension age (NPA).
