Our client is a leading global events agency in Sydney with a well established core team of staff. This position is a maternity leave cover position on a 6 month contract and is responsible for developing the strategic direction within the Asia Pacific Region for a client.

 

Reporting directly to the client and Heads of Global Agencies, key responsibilities for the role will include;

 

 

 

  • Planning the strategic direction for the client in terms of events to attend and sponsorship involvement
  • Researching events happening globally and developing the leading strategy
  • Understanding the strategic goals of the business and aligning this with the direction for the events plan
  • Assisting with the big picture thinking for the client and agency
  • Creating reports on strategy for the client about the direction of events in the market
  • Understanding the market trends in events and ensuring the client and agency are heading in that direction
  • Developing and creating the concept and journey experience of a customer attending events
  • Event and Campaign measurement and analysis
