What does this mean,

Does the client meet the Australian study requirements for the Skilled Migration points test?

Is it same as what our skill assessment letter says that "Your Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from ....................

completed .......... has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in computing."

Can we say Yes to this question?

This is only for if you've studied in Australia.

If you read the points test booklet on the Border website it will explain each section of the points test.

Captain C, kindly provide link for the booklet. cant seem to find it on the immi site. Thanks

It appears that the booklet has been removed from the border.gov.au

Can you provide the points breakdown and I'll help if I can.

Thanks Captain....managed to figure it out. Had captured employment that wasn't considered by ACS as skilled hence getting 15points instead of 10.

Now the wait for an invitation since 2613 60pointers are so far up to 2nd May

Do not answer yes to this question unless you have studied in Australia!! We misread this question as you are likely to have, answered yes, incorrectly claimed 5 extra points, submitted our application, realised out error, had to withdraw our application and then write a groveling letter to get a refund of the application fee. We were luckily and they accepted it as a genuine unintentional error on the form but it could have been a very costly mistake.

So just checked immi site and 2613 invites were up to 9th May....so what determines how long it takes for them to get to us who've just submitted in Sept, wait till Feb 2016?

I would imagine so yes, but it's all dependent on how many other applications are submitted for the same code.
