I'm a bit confused because we want to go for pr, if we go now my oh has to get skills test,i think i'm right in saying this, i want to start now because our medicals don't run out till nov. But if we wait till he has been here a year and then start, my oh is under the assumption that he does not have to take a skills test, because he has been working in oz for a year.
