Theresa13 Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 We are in the process of submitting an EOI in the next week for an occupation currently listed on the SOL. Hopefully my husband will then be selected and we will be able to submit the visa application. My only concern is timescale, l am aware the SOL changes in July and from what I have read it will take about 2 months to be allocated a case officer. If hypothetically his occupation is removed in July 15 does anyone know what happens if you are already in the process of applying for the visa or have already been invited to apply?
