jimbo889 Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Good afternoon all! My partner is currently on an electric visitor holiday visa, and she has to leave every 3 months to reactivate. She's been here 1 month already. Ultimately I'm looking to get her onto my 457 sponsored Visa, but we need to prove at least 6 months living together first. Until then, she's looking at getting onto a 572 study visa. Now, if she gets this, what's the likelyhood of her visa having conditions such as no travel (condition 8503) on there? Also, from a 572 study visa to a 457 visa, is it an easy experience? I.e, is she likely to be accepted? James Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
