Guest jenny4nails Posted April 23, 2008 Share Posted April 23, 2008 Are there any knowlegable people out there that could give me a summary of the following areas? 1) Pomona 2) Cooroy 3) Tewantin Are the areas nice? Are they isolated/in the sticks? How far from the beach? Me and my hubby are relocating to QLD and were hoping to go to Caloundra/Maroochdore/Mooloolabar area.....but the prices of houses seem so much more expensive than when we looked 6 months ago. I was have looked at properties in the Pomona/Tewantin/Cooroy area on the internet, and you seem to get a lot more for your money....land wise anyway. We have 3 small dogs, so a good sized garden in a must. We don't have children, so schools in the area aren't important to us. But we don't want to be living in the middle of nowhere either :err: I just wondered if anyone could tell me their opinions on these areas please?
