187 visa job related issue

Hello sir,

Could you please give me an answer-

My RSMS 187 visa granted on 23 sept.2014 and my boss wants to start that job in 10th March 2015.is that ok for me to visit to overseas in feb.2015 and ll come back before 9 th March 2015 .do I need any leave letter from my boss before I ll travel to overseas.is any problem to face while returning from my trip…I will be thankful for ur reply sir

You'll be cutting it fine.

 

We may cancel this visa if you do not make a genuine effort to begin employment with your employer within six months of:

 

 

• Your first entry to Australia if you were granted this visa while you were outside of Australia; or
  
• The visa being granted if you were granted this visa while you were in Australia.

Are you already in Australia though? Did the contract your employer sent immigration have that start date on or has it changed?

Hello I am in perth and I'm going to start work by next week then I ll make a plan to go on holidays.
