The house is really nice, with the master bedroom (with en suite) separated from the other two bedrooms by two large living areas. Ducted A/C will keep you cool this summer. (Although the house tends to stay quite cool, anyway.) The area is lovely and quiet and yet just a few minutes' walk from schools (Ardross Primary and Applecross Senior High), Wireless Hill Park, and Garden City shopping centre.
