Guest Foxman Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 Hi I've been offered a job in Perth and don't think there should be much of a problem processing the application. However, after reading through the posts on this website, I'm slightly confused. Firstly, are there a standard set of documents required for a 457 visa or are these specified after application? If it's the latter, do I just submit the application and wait for response? Secondly, who can sign the documents? Some posts seem to say it has to be a solicitor whereas others say it can be someone in a professional occupation. Is there a definitive answer to this? Thirdly, would people recommend going through a visa support broker or submit the application on my own? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
