Do I need to give skills assessment for 457 visa?

Hi

This is mitesh bambhaniya. i would like to know that I have a RPL certificate IV in pastry cook from Australia.

Now I had an question that do I have to give assessment for 457. I do have 2.5 year of experience in pastry cook from Australia when i was there in Australia and RPL pastry certificate IV. My passport is from India.

1.2 457 Skills Assessment Program Summary

The Program is a skills assessment pathway for applicants applying for a Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457) who work in a nominated occupation listed below and who hold a passport from a nominated country listed below.

Applicants applying for skills assessments under this program must be assessed by a TRA- approved registered training organisation (TRA-approved RTO). Applicants are required to choose an RTO from the RTO Finder website (http://www.industry.gov.au/skills/SkillsAssessment/TradesRecognitionAustralia/RTOFinder/Pages/default.aspx)
