kaiju
Hi guys Thanks in advance if anyone can answer... We are close to receiving our 489 visa, it isnt really a state we want to settle in, but needs must as it is the only state sponsoring us. Once we have done our 2 years, can we move and apply for the 887, or do we have to stay put in that state until our 887 comes through meaning you end up having to stay in that state for more like 2 years and 6 months !! Cheers

Ozmaniac
After 2 years, you can move states but you will have to continue living and working in regional and low population-growth metropolitan areas until your 887 is granted or your 489 expires and your Bridging visa takes effect.
