Also what sort of thing needs to be in the letters from previous employers, we're having a nightmare getting anything! they keep saying that if they want to ring we talk to them, :mad: grrrr! So I'm thinking that if I wrote the letters for them (take the work out of it) they may just put on letter headed paper for us! only I don't have a clue what to write! Sorry for all the questions!!
