Hi Everyone Please could someone help, can we book the skills test without the use of an agent? If we can how would we do it? Also what sort of thing needs to be in the letters from previous employers, we're having a nightmare getting anything! they keep saying that if they want to ring we talk to them, :mad: grrrr! So I'm thinking that if I wrote the letters for them (take the work out of it) they may just put on letter headed paper for us! only I don't have a clue what to write! Sorry for all the questions!!
