skywatcher Posted June 1, 2014 Share Posted June 1, 2014 (sorry for duplication wasn't sure which forum to put this on) Hi just wondered if any one knows of a good place to stay temporarily in the North lakes, Mango Hill Deception Bay area. This would be for 2- 4 weeks whilst setting up a unfurnished longer term rental in the area. It would need to be furnished and be willing to allow us to keep our small dog. Somebody suggested maybe camping but this isn't really going to be a suitable option. It would need to be either a holiday apartment or chalet. I have a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment / granny flat adjacent to my house on half an acre in Thornlands, near Cleveland. Raby Bay is approx. 1km from the house. The place is fully furnished and you could have use of the pool and spa (although cold this time of year). I'm thinking of trying to get this going as a business, a kind of relocation service, helping newcomers to find real estate, schools, jobs, doctors, etc. Feel free to contact me any time.
