Couldn't wait any longer and contacted them directly myself, they advised it had been processed and I should receive the letter shortly...not sure if this was fobbing me off but still no letter ? Arghh Not sure about the agent bit as I didn't use one, however I don't think they are fobbing you off as once my status changed to completed it took about 2 weeks to receive the letter through the post.
