Soon after we were granted the visa we had a baby (my wife fell pregnant befroe we were granted the visa). I have been looking at the requirements to get a child visa and it says that I need to complete the 40CHform - Sponsorship for a child to migrate to Australia. The form seems to imply that we are already in Australia and we are trying to bring the baby over to be with uis. Do I still need to complete this form? We activated our visas last year.
