Located in the CBD, Our well known, loved & respected rooftop cocktail bars are now recruiting highly experienced cocktail bartenders to join our team.

As bartender within our team, you will be expected to possess:

• Sound cocktail knowledge.

• A minimum of 12 months experience in a high volume cocktail bar

or cocktail nightclub environment.

• A professional manner & a focus on exceptional customer service.

• Strong initiative & team spirit.

• A genuine enjoyment of the industry & being a people person is imperative.

• Substantial knowledge & appreciation of food & beverage.

• Attention to detail.

• Professional approach & thorough service.

• Be engaging, personable, energetic & friendly.

• Have a high customer service ethic & be able to develop a rapport with & increase regular clients.

• Honesty & reliability.

• Impeccable personal appearance.

You must be in possession of a valid working visa or permit with a minimum of 6 months validity left on it, a valid RSA Certificate & you must be able to provide two references.
