I need 10 points for EOI of the SkillSelect. Can I claim 10 points for experience (3 years overseas and 1 year Australia). Pls help and advise. Moobobs Posted January 23, 2014 Share Posted January 23, 2014 You can only claim for time that you were in Australia, probably common sense but please make sure you have all docs to back this up - we went back to Australian Tax office to get copies of my hubands self assessment documents from 2004-2008 and they were accepted as evidence from our CO along with his Australian Cbus superannuation membership card...good luck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
