Books can be out of date the moment they go in to print and tbh, one book alone isn't going to give more than a single viewpoint. I'd check out Amazon and see which ones get good reviews and order a couple second hand perhaps? What sort of stuff are you wanting to know? A general migrating book is going to be just that, general. Or are you looking into the emotional aspect a bit more?
