anooj911 Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 hello my brother is a new zeland citizen and is currently in austrlia on subclass 444. i want to go and stay with him in australia on subclass 461. i would like to know whether i quality on 461 subclass or not? i am married and have a 3 yrs old kid. if i dont quality on subclass 461 is there any other way in which i can quality and stay and work in australia for a longer period. he os my only brother and my wife is a british citizen and my wife has one brother who stays in USA. As you appear to be a fully functioning adult with your own family, you would not be eligible.
