I sumitted visa application on 4 OCT 2013 for 489

Checked application today and answered medical questionaire and printed off medical referrel letter.

Making appointment for medicals today.

1.Is this normal

2.When will co be appointed so that I can send outstanding documents.

3.Does this mean I am close to getting visa approved??:elvis:

you're just frontloading your medical. CO allocation is within 5 weeks and processing within 6 months.

not yet there, not even close but good thing is that it's moving.

It has been just over a week, of course your visa is not close to being approved. Don't book your medicals until you are asked in an email to go and do them. You can however attach documents whenever you like, you don't need to wait for a CO.

Cannot attach any more documents at the moment as I have reached my limit..Can the balance of documents be emailed to CO.
