Advice on nursing culture please, shift patterns, staff to patient ratios, good nights out!!

Hi All

 

I'm aiming to head to South Brisbane area next June and am wondering about nursing culture and practice over in QLD please? :wubclub:

 

I'm mainly wondering about shift patterns, do any of you do long days such as 7am - 9pm over three days as full time? On average how many nurses are their to patients and do you all enjoy the odd nursey nnite out?? :laugh:

 

Any thoughts, comments, info greatly recieved please.
