You are asked on the forms how much money you expect to bring with you but we were never asked for any documents to substantiate our estimate. Guest DavidandNicky Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 We too have been worrying about this - our intention is to sell our house last minuite and use the proceeds from this to clear our (smallish) debts, with the balance going towards meeting unavoidable costs whist we settle in/find jobs. Make it clear in your auction that it must be picked up by a certain date and if you time it right, like us, your car is picked up the day before you leave!
