Steph01
Hi everyone, I'm moving to Sydney in August and seen loads of threads about how to swap over your UK licence for a Ozzie one. I have epilepsy and have a 10 year uk driving licence as haven't had a fit for many years. Does anyone know if I'll be able to go in and just swap mine over or will they make me go through a medical to get one. I've tried emailing the office but no-one ever gets back to me. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Steph
Guest The Pom Queen
Hi Steph Unfortunately you are still going to need a medical before they grant that license renewal http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/licensing/healthmedicals/index.html I think these are the forms you will need to present to the Dr but please check as each State is different so I could be wrong http://mers.vpweb.com.au/upload/45070085.pdf http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/publicationsstatisticsforms/downloads/45071651.pdf
