AshleneLouise
Hey, I am a student nurse due to qualify in 6 weeks due to start my first band 5 post on a haematology ward, I have been in contact with the nursing board of austraila and also the state nursing board of western austraila. I was just wondering as a newly qualified how long i will have to wait before i can seek perminant residency? as i have been told by western austrailia that i can join nurse bank after 12 months so should i apply around the 12 month post qualified mark? thanks ashlenelouise
Guest Guest26012
Yes 12 months seems a reasonable amount of time to allow you to work here! You would certainly need that experience under your belt. i dont know how much experience you would need to apply for a permanent visa? Not an expert on visas so it might be worth you contacting a Registered Migration Agent!
