camcc
Hi all, I am an Australian citizen but have lived in the UK since I was 5 years old (I'm 27 now!). I'm looking to return to Australia this year and am wondering what I actually need (other than my citizenship and a bank account) to be able to work? Is there a national insurance number equivalent? Do they have P45s, P60s etc? I've tried a Google search for this information but haven't been able to find anything. Regards, Chris.
Notts
The equivalent to an NI number is the TFN -tax file number. I believe you can apply online once you arrive. Your Aus passport will b enough evidence of you ability/right to work.
