russ and claire Posted December 20, 2012 Share Posted December 20, 2012 If we make the move to Oz we want to do it on the subclass 189, I noticed on the EOI list that Russ needs to do IELTs and skills assessment. My concern is that we will spend the money to do this for the EOI and they may say sorry they don't want him apply for the 189, can that happen? Russ is a mental health nurse. Guest KazG Posted December 20, 2012 Share Posted December 20, 2012 I am also a mental health nurse who was originally advised by our agent to apply for a 190 visa. I had to sit the IELTs to get 7s for the ANMAC assessment and sat them again to get more points for the EOI. At the last minute the agent submitted the 189 EOI and I received an invitation.
