I'm guessing quite a few Pom's and Aussies come over to the UK at around that time with it being the school holidays. Does anyone know anything about doing a house swap? We have a 4 bed in Denton just outside Manchester, 14 minute train ride into the city. 30 minutes on a bus... We want to stay in Sydney for a validation trip.
