My parents applied for the 143 visa (Contributory Parent visa) in 2019. Now they are over 70 years old and is it possible for us to transfer the application over to 864 Visa (Contributory Aged Parent visa) as this would provide a bridging visa if it is applied on shore (as they have a visitor visa without No Further Stay condition). In case if we can transfer from 143 to 864, will that impact our original date of application which is May 2019 or will it be carried over to the new application (864). I applied for 143 visa (contributory parent visa) for my parents in 2019. As my parents are over 67 years now, can I transfer from 143 to 864 (contributory aged parent) visa? Will there be any fee involved. Thanks in advance
