My wife is a NZ citizen, but lived in Australia between 1990 and 2016 - her whole life is in OZ. She is an eligible New Zealand citizen (protected SCV) under the criteria, as far as I can see, but I am slightly confused about how she can prove this? She doesn't have any documents, nor can I find any information on it. Does anyone have any experience with this?
