Hi there! I lodged my application for a 190 Vic offshore (priority occupation) on 6th May, and last week was contacted with an s56. I understand this can cause significant delays to the visa being granted and was hoping to be in Australia by October. Due to the recent age increase for working holiday makers I would now be eligible to enter Australia on this visa. However I am not sure how this would impact my 190 application. I have contacted the global processing centre who seemed to think it would be fine, as t+cs on the website state that the 190 visa can be granted on or off shore. However I wanted to see if anyone had experience with this situation? Would I be able to simply submit a change of circumstance form to change my application from offshore to onshore? TIA!
