Hello everyone. I'm new to here. I switched my parents' visas from 103 visa to Contributory Parent 143 visa March 2023. They are currently overseas. The 103 acknowledge date was June 2014 and the 103 queue date visa was Nov 2015. Both 143 acknowledgement letter and 103 withdraw letter was received on 30th March 2023. I haven't heard anything since then. I have noticed several instances where other applicants have reported fast progress, with AOS and physical check notices received within several weeks or even several days. For example, Case 1: 103 queue date: Aug 2015 143 acknowledgment: 20 Mar 2023 AOS request email from home affairs: 24 Mar 2023 Case 2: 103 queue date: July 2015 143 acknowledgment: 15 May 2023 AOS request email from home affairs: 19th May 2023 Case 3: 103 acknowledgement date: Apr 2016 103 queue date: Mar 2018 143 acknowledgment: 23 May 2023 AOS request email from home affairs: 26 Jun 2023 I have emailed WA parents twice and both time received a same email in the same format saying waiting for case officer to contact me. Is this right? What else I can do? Has anyone switched 103 visa application to 143 visa recently? Would really appreciate any advice.
