  1. Thank you @rammygirl and @paulhand.

I am an honest person. The plan is to not to claim the points when I submit the application but come back to EOI and provide wife's assessment details once I have them.

So, my understanding is that once you  submit the EOI and it is in the queue, I can edit it where I can provide wife's details and submit again.  Correct me if I am wrong please.

Thanks again. Have a good one!

  2. Good day everyone!

I have finally received my assessment from the relevant authority. I am good to go.

For partner occupation, it asks if my partner have nominated occupation. Well, she does. Then, the next question is if my partner have the skills assessed from the relevant authority.

I am still waiting my partners skills assessed. It may take some time.

Can I go ahead and submit the EOI application and add  my wife's assessment details such as name of the authority, refence number, etc. once I receive them?

Basically, are you allowed to update the EOI application once it is submitted?

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Cheers!

  3. Hello folks,

I am working on filing an immigration application to Australia under subclass 190 skilled nomination in any AUS State or Territory.

My ANZSCO  is 271299 - Judicial and Other Legal Professionals.

I looked up the assessing authority form the Home Affairs site and following authorities came up:

However, I am not entirely sure who to contact.... I do not know what state or territory would send me an invite for subclass 190.

I appreciate your insight here on what to do.

    Cheers!
