Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me with a specific queery. My partner and I are both Dutch nationals and entered Australia in 2006 on a Skilled independent 189 visa. Our daughter was born 2011 in Australia and is an Australian citizen. We were permanent residents. In 2012 we decided to move back to the Netherlands. In 2020 our resident return visa expired (we initially extended it after three years). Our initial plan was to move back in 2020, but COVID hit and we had to delay. Can someone tell us the chances of getting a RRV based on the COVID delay and the fact that we have an Australian child? Other visa's are unfortunately no option due to the age of my partner (48).
