I had submitted my 500 visa application last week (04/03), and I provide all of the documents including Form 1221, but when I check the status today I find they give my a small yellow flag and the feedback is to complete the character assessment information which is provide further information by completing a Form 1221.
That is so odd that I had submitted Form 1221 and filled in all the information but why they still ask me to start a new Form 1221？ And there is no information at Message that asks me to provide any document or form.
In fact, I think it's not an isolated occurrence, cause some of my friends also have this 1221 BUG.
Does anyone the reason?
