Greetings respected members, I would like to express my question in below pints I have recently granted the PR, yet have not landed in Australia yet. My brother is an Australian citizen. Total children are 4, hence, quantitative condition of family balance test is met. My Mom lives with me in my home country and It is not easy to leave my mom alone in my home country, while waiting for the Visa application to be processed. We wish for a permanent visa solution to my Mom. Since I am not yet in Australia, I am sure I don't qualify as Usual Resident, and I wonder "how long it will take to be labeled as Usual Resident " that we can lodge the 143 application. If that goes well, I can follow it with 870 while waiting for the 143, as we been advised by a legal consultant. Much appreciate the support and the advise
