Hi. I'm an established smaller Builder in Sydney having emigrated from UK some 8 years ago, with well over 25 years in the business. Looking for all round builder and a carpenter to work with me, on domestic renovations, alterations and additions. My contracts vary from $20 000 to over $500 000, and are located on Sydneys northern beaches and Mosman. Also some work at water access only properties on Pittwater. If, like me when I arrived, you find yourself with plenty of skill but shut out of the Australian system and decent wages due to the rigid Licencing system, then this could be a good opportunity for you, as I don't require qualifications, just experience and ability. Its possible to pick up the licences as you are working. Pay would be around $40-60 per hour. Looking for someone to start around March, but can be flexible.
