  1. Hi. I am in the very same boat. Got one set done at Aus Post and was very cropped. So I went to another Aus Post nearby a month later after also reading head and shoulders are required and after seeing the sample photos. The 2nd AusPost said their camera settings for passport photos are all set and are specifically for Aussie passport settings. They advised they could not alter settings to show shoulders. So I went to a specialist camera shop who also do passport photos, clearly stating I needed head and shoulders for the UK. Same thing again! A very cropped photo. I expressed concern and the camera guy in shop said he'd checked requirements and that this was okay for UK. But like you it's not showing head and shoulders and I have concerns of delays and wasting money. I have no bare white wall at home and light isn't good to take one on my mobile. Just wondered how you went and whether you re-did your pic?
