I’m a 25 year old electrician and looking into going to Australia to work. I’m just looking for any help and advice about what I need to do to meet any requirements such as skill assessments or courses I would need to have completed before applying for a VISA etc also what type of visa I would have to apply for and the process involved with it. I’m looking at going over firstly to travel to different cities for a month to get a feel of each place and where I would want to settle. If anyone who has done something similar and could tell me how they contacted employers, is there any specific areas require more electricians etc also any advice about the kind of lifestyle over in Australia and cost of living with regards to an electrician salary about where are the most and least expensive cities, what properties could I expect to move to etc just any advice in general which would help me get a better idea of everything.
