    • My agent is from company side and he is into many other business. 👎🏼All the communication goes to him . Is there any way to add my e mail id to get communications from immigration? 
       
    • My lawyer wrote reminder 3 times to department    . No response!!!!!!! I called immigration they said 90% applications time is     23 months . If nothing happen after 23 months contract is😏            
       
    • does anyone know any other way to find nomination status ( email, phone number or any other way to get in touch with department)

Back in February my agent said you’ll get answer from 2-4 weeks coz they asked for further information but it pass 12 months still nothing.

    I am also waiting 19 months 

    if ur applied for 186 trt and you relocate to a different state make sure that you are working for the same ABN.

    Lodged- 23rd July 2020

    Medical- 10th September 2020. (backlog with covid) 

    No update since lodging. Wait time now says 5- 12 months 

    Am waiting from 2019 July

    As per my lawyer all new application ( recently lodged) getting results quickly 2-3 months visa grant.

    old applications are in further assessment or investigation.

    Hi all

    I lodged my visa application on 1/July/2019

    ENS- with full documents and medical

    all done by oct-19

    last update 12/11/2019. After that no news. No nomination approval. No reply from immigration to my Lawyer.

    still shows 5-10 months

    is there anyone here with same bad luck
