Hi there, My husband would like to apply visa 143 Contributory Parent Visa for his 2 parents. I am not in support of this application as I think its a recipe for disaster. Please dont judge me. I am choosing to stay with him for now, despite him being violent towards me. May I please ask if his application will be rejected if I do not sign Part M "Your Partner's Approval" in Form 40? Thank you.
