Hi everyone, My partner is sponsored regionally on a 482 visa and I am a secondary applicant / de-facto. If I were to find an employer willing to sponsor me non-regionally on a 482 visa, would my partner be able to quit his 482 visa and join onto mine as a de-facto? Happy to provide more information if needed. Thanks to anyone who is able to provide some guidance!
