Thank you for reply. I have informed the Immigration about separation long time ago and they have renewed my visa after that. But that time my ex was still NZ Citizen and on SC 444 visa. Here my worry is she is no more on SC 444 visa. She became a Australian PR now . So I am worried will I be still be able to renew my SC 461 visa. Thank you

Hi , I am currently hold a SC 461 NZ Family visa. My wife is NZ Citizen and we separated but still they renewed my visa. The problem now is she got her Australian PR and her NZ Citizen SC 444 visa has been cancelled. I worried that my next renewal for SC 461 visa won't happen because she is not holding the SC 444 visa any more. Please share here if anybody got idea about similar kind of cases. I got nine year old daughter who is Australian PR too now. Thank you in advance.
